Even though it’s our “off season” the Station Camp HS Band still has plenty on the calendar. Here’s a preview of November and December upcoming dates and ways that you can help support your band. We’d love to see you!
HONEYBAKED HAM SALES — Encourage all your friends and family to purchase a gift card from Honeybaked Ham for their holiday gifts and feasts. All they have to do is go to: https://honeybakedfundraiser.sbgiftcards.com/station-camp-marching-band/ and purchase a gift card in $10, $25, $50 or $100 denominations. The cards can take up to 3 weeks to arrive, but once received, they can be used at any HoneyBaked Ham Store or Kiosk, to shop online or through the catalog, including the HoneyBaked Ham Kiosk at the Kroger Marketplace in Gallatin.
NOVEMBER 21ST — BAND TOWER AREA — KENNY BUCK’S EAGLE SCOUT PROJECT — This is a tentative date, if you are interested in helping (this can be counted as service hours), please reply to this e-mail or contact Kenny or Joan Buck for more details. Supplies needed: 28-29 bags of sand

DECEMBER 5TH — LUMINARIES — We will be assisting with the candlelighting ceremony and set up at two cemeteries in Gallatin from 8 to 12 and then again at 4 pm. Dress warmly as we will be outside filling bags of sands and placing candles in them and placing on each gravesite. Then going back at 4 pm to light them and participating in the ceremony. Lunch is served indoors at noonish.
DECEMBER 5TH — GUARD PANCAKE BREAKFAST — at Logan’s Roadhouse in Gallatin at 7 am. Come out and get some Pancakes to benefit our Winter Guard programs.
DECEMBER 6TH — CHRISTMAS PARADE — 2 pm step off at Drakes Creek, marching to the post office.
DECEMBER 12TH — GALLATIN CHRISTMAS PARADE — Noon step off. Meet at Sumner Regional. Parade ends at Gallatin HS.
DECEMBER 15TH — Concert at 7 pm at Long Hollow Baptist Church Student Building.!
